Delivery Tasks ask for a specific amount of an item in exchange for a reward. An item already sitting in your stash may be worth more delivered than sold — but only if you have the required amount.
The required range varies per item, and that is what decides whether your pile qualifies.
Deliver or sell
The maths is direct: compare the sale value of the batch with the task reward. What usually escapes players is opportunity cost — delivering consumes the item, and rare items can be worth more kept.
